Do you offer dairy-free alternatives for drinks?
Yes, we always carry alternative milks (such as oat and almond) on the trailer to accommodate dietary needs.
How far in advance do I need to place a pastry pickup order?
Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance to ensure our bakers have time to prepare your treats fresh. Use the checkout fulfillment calendar to select your window.
Where do I pick up my custom bakery items?
Pickup details, including hours and location instructions, will be provided during checkout and in your order confirmation email.
What is included in your private mobile espresso catering package?
Packages include a fully equipped mobile trailer bar, professional baristas, a full espresso menu (lattes, Americanos, etc.), custom syrups, and alternative milks.
How early should we book the trailer for a private wedding or event?
We recommend booking at least 3 to 6 months in advance, especially for weekend dates during peak wedding seasons.
Do you offer wedding dessert tastings?
Because our dessert tables include many custom, made-to-order options, we do not offer traditional tastings for individual items. If you would like to try something specific, please contact us and we can discuss the best options available for your event.
When is the payment due for my wedding order?
A 25% deposit is required to reserve your wedding date on our calendar. The remaining balance is due exactly three weeks before your event date. You are welcome to make smaller payments over time or pay the balance in full ahead of schedule.
Is my event deposit refundable if plans change?
A full refund of your deposit will be made if your order is canceled at least 2 months before your scheduled event date. Deposits become strictly non-refundable if the order is canceled within two months of the event.
Do you deliver and handle the full table setup?
Yes! Wedding orders are available for delivery, with fees based on your venue location. Full setup is available in and around the Hampton Roads, VA area. Our full setup package includes display rentals, dessert setup, custom flavor signage, plates, forks, napkins, a mid-evening refresh to remove empty displays, and to-go platters for clean end-of-night packing. Full setup ranges from $150 to $450 depending on venue location and event date.
Can you accommodate severe food allergies?
Some desserts can be customized to be prepared without certain allergens, but all items are prepared in a small kitchen with shared equipment, so we cannot guarantee 100% against cross-contamination. Tree nuts, dairy, corn, eggs, and gluten are used daily in our kitchen, and some raw ingredients may originate from facilities that handle peanuts. Please reach out to us directly with any specific allergy concerns before booking.
